
Sean Rush / Founder & Owner
Sean Rush is a Baltimore, Maryland native. He grew up playing his club ball for Baltimore Football Club. Rush has made a career out of playing professional soccer around the globe. He has played professionally in Italy (Treviso), Brazil (Osvaldo Cruz FC), Portugal (AC Vila Mea, Ribeirao) and the United States. Rush is the Director of the International Soccer School in Maryland. He currently is under contract with Ribeirao of the Portuguese Segunda Liga.

Santino Quaranta / Director of
Professional Development
Santino, a Baltimore native, was drafted 8th overall in the 2001 MLS SuperDraft by DC. He grew up playing his club ball for Soccer Club of Maryland. At 16 years/4 months, Quaranta was the youngest player to ever sign with MLS at the time. He scored 25 goals in Major League Soccer playing with DC United, LA Galaxy, and NY Red Bulls. As a national team player, Quaranta has 15 caps and scored in the CONCACAF Gold Cup versus Honduras. Santino comes to P.I.S.A to develop the youth academy while continuing his career as a star
for DC United and the US team.

Dylan Curtis / United States Site Director
Born in Dublin, Ireland, Curtis is a licensed coach who has excelled with youth teams throughout the United States. As head coach of a premier club team in Baltimore, and head coach of a state cup winning team in South Carolina, Curtis is responsible for the organization of camps, team training sessions, and high school prep sessions throughout the US.

Pedro Goncalves / International Site Director
Pedro is a soccer agent for Sport Consult located in Porto, Portugal. Having played professionally in Portugal and Switzerland, Goncalves uses his intellect of the game to scout and represent players to take to the next level. Currently being represented by Goncalves and his company are Diogo Vianna of Porto, Hugo Moraes of Leixoes, and Luc Castaignos of Feyenoord. Fluent in over 6 languages, Goncalves comes to P.I.S.A. to help the growth of players, connect rising stars with teams in Europe, and offer representation for those looking to reach the next level. Goncalves deals with all P.I.S.A. relationships in Holland, Portugal, Switzerland, and Burkina Faso.
Edy Marcel Franco de Moraes / Head Brazil Site Director
Edy Marcel Franco De Moraes comes to P.I.S.A. through famed youth Academy, Santos FC of Brazil. Edy was born and raised in Sao Paulo where his father was the technical trainer for the Brazilian National team. Edy graduated from the University of Sao Paulo with his masters in Sports and Science and also a degree in English. Edy is the strength and conditioning coach for the “Juvenile” side at Santos FC, along the years he has coached Robinho (Real Madrid, Manchester City) Alex (Chelsea) and rising star Neymar (Santos FC).
Bryan Harkin / Ireland Site Director
A Northern Irish Professional Soccer player currently playing/coaching within the United States. Harkin grew up through the ranks of Liverpool along side with Steven Gerrard and Michael Owen. Choosing to further his education, Harkin attended and graduated from Fairfield University and is currently the Assistant Coach at Loyola College.

Kenneth Sola / Norway Site Director
Kenneth is a professional soccer player hailing from Stavanger, Norway. He has played five seasons in Norway with Premier League team Viking FK and Adeccoligaen teams Skeid and Stavanger IF. Currently, Kenneth is playing for Real Maryland of the USL. During his playing career he has worked with a number of top coaches from the Norwegian FA and has played along side many current international players. He is heavily involved in the areas of coaching, recruitment, and tours in Scandanavia and the United States.
Alex Men / Associate Brazil Site Director
Former Brazilian National Team Goalkeeper and Santos Youth Standout, Alex men comes to P.I.S.A. to bring the goalkeepers training to the next level. Men, Currently playing with Varginha Esporte Clube was voted Goalkeeper of the year of 2009.

Daniel Bulls / Caribbean Site Director
Bulls a Baltimore, Maryland native, went on to play four years of college soccer at the University of Maryland Baltimore County, where he was the first recipient of the Mike Woodard Unsung Hero award as a junior in 2007. Bulls began his professional career in 2009 when he signed with the Real Maryland Monarchs in the USL Second Division, He has since played professionally in Africa and Trinidad and Tobago.

Pedro Pinto / Portugal International Coach
Pinto comes to P.I.S.A. as the head Portuguese International coach. Playing professionally since 18 years old, Pin+to has made himself one of the best young coaches in Portugal today. As head coach of AC Vila Mea, Pinto lead his team out of relegation into the top standing spot of the third division of Portugal.
Tom Taylor / England Site Director
Tom balances his playing career with his role with P.I.S.A.. Tom has played with Derby County, Walsall, Grimsby Town, Wrexham, and Viking Stavanager. Stateside, Tom has played for the Portland Timbers and Real Maryland. Toms holds both the FA license and a USSF B license. He has worked with academies in the US & UK.
Gary Brooks / Jamaican Site Director
Born and raised in Kingston Jamaica, Gary Brooks has come to the United States and made a successful career out of scoring goals in every team he plays with. Brooks career consists of USL 1, USL2, and Major Indoor Soccer League teams. A finisher that has accumulated over 67 goals and 3 professional championships. Brooks comes to P.I.S.A. to teach the art of scoring.

Nicki Paterson / Scotland Site Director
Paterson grew up in Motherwell, Scotland and was a member of the academies at storied Scottish football clubs Hamilton Academical and Motherwell, before moving to the United States in 2005 to attend the University of Nevada Las Vegas. Paterson turned professional in 2009 when he was signed by the Harrisburg City Islanders. In 2010, Paterson transferred up a division to USSF Division 2 club AC St. Louis. Nicki is now playing in Scotland for Clyde FC. Lucas Winters / US Site Staff Coach
Lucas Winters comes to PISA with a resume of a seasoned veteran despite being the youngest member of the club. Winters has Captained his state ODP team as well as being the captain of the regional team. He was a full time player of the U-14 and U-15 National Pool. At only 14 years old, Winters was training full time with Professional outfit Crystal Palace USA. In the summer, Winters trialed with Crystal Palace's U-14, U-15, and U-16's. Winters was an Inter regional All Star in Disney showcase in 2008. Grew up playing forr State, Regional, and National championships teams in Baltimore. Won Futsal State cup with Ginga Futsal Club. As a coach, Winters has had the opportunity of 'Shadowing' Crystal Palace USA's coaching staff for a full week. Winters is currently working with Region 1 coaching staff. In 2010, he was the assistant coach of McDonogh's JV MIAA Champions.

Jose Lemos / Special Camp Coach
Jose comes to PISA with a resume as a player and coach in Portugal. Lemos played 9 years in the highest division of professional soccer in Portugal. He played 2 years for Ribeirao before taking a role in the club as head coach, a position he currently holds.
